From the Start
Brothers Jay and Mark Spicer began their careers in 1983 at Western Exterminator — then Southern California’s premier family-owned pest control firm. It was there we mastered the technical craft and high service standards that still define us today.
While the industry has since seen significant consolidation, we chose a different path. In 2005, we founded Janus Pest Management in Glendora to preserve the personal, expert-led service we felt was disappearing from the landscape. Together we bring over 80 years of combined field experience to every property we service — and many of our clients have been with us since those early days in the field.
