Brothers Mark and Jay Spicer kicked off in pest control at Western Exterminator in 1983—then one of California’s top family-owned firms, now Rentokil-Terminix. We honed our craft and service there, but today, it’s the joy of helping people—and 40+ year client bonds, some still with us from those early days—that drives us on.
